About Frontier Family Health
Meet Luis, Your Nurse Practitioner
Luis is a dedicated family nurse practitioner with a passion for serving the rural community . With over 25 years of experience, he provides compassionate care tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Luis has experience as a neuroscience ICU Nurse and Supervisor at UNMH, and for the last 6 years has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the rural community of Los Lunas. It has been his dream for many years to open a clinic in Datil as we have a home here and many friends in the community. We look forward to serving you!

At Frontier Family Health Clinic, we strive to provide top-notch health services, with a focus on personalized care that meets the unique needs of each patient. We will offer primary care visits as well as limited same day appointments.
While our initial start up will offer every other week appointments, our goal will be to expand to weekly appointments.
Services will include:
Onsite visit with a board certified Nurse Practitioner
E -prescribing
lab draw
Non-obstetric women's health
Same day urgent care needs
Hepatitis C/B treatment
CDL certifications and physicals
School Physicals
All age ranges from newborn to elder care (Primary Care)

THE CLINIC IS OPEN FOR PRIMARY CARE or SAME DAY VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
ALTERNATE MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS: 08:00-12:00 AND 1:30-5:30
ARE CLOSED EVERY OTHER WEEK BUT HOPE TO OPEN EVERY WEEK IN THE COMING YEAR
